Our company Anseme Spa is specialised in seed
production, in particular we grow seeds of vegetables and herbs. |

We produce
our seed in Italy and mainly in two regions called Emilia-Romagn and Marche,
where climate is mild and summers are long, hot and dry, the suitable
environment to a good seed production. Every year more than 800 farmers grow
some 3000 ha of seed crops and Anseme technical staff always checks their
work. A very careful and incessant technical assistance is provided to every
grower aiming to get healthy seed of excellent quality and with very high and
uniform germination figures. Anseme cleaning department is equipped with the
most updated cleaning and processing machineries in order to get the highest
purity level over 99%. |

We grow more
than 300 different varieties from our stock seed and many of them can be used
for sprouting purposes. In particular, we would like to draw your attention
on the production of the true, original variety of Broccolo Calabrese grown
for centuries in the Calabria region. Beside this and not less important, we
offer coloured sprouts varieties like red radish, red cabbage and red
kohlrabi, and many others more like the typical Italian varieties of basil,
rapini, chicories and rocket |
